4. Products and Availability
4.1. All products available on ivislut.shop are produced on demand through the Printify platform and a network of production partners located in Europe and the United States.
4.2. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
4.3. Actual colors, proportions, and details of printed products may vary due to device settings, printing technology, or materials used.
5. Prices and Currency
5.1. All prices on ivislut.shop are listed in euros (€) or in the equivalent currency based on the user’s location.
5.2. Prices may include or exclude taxes, depending on the destination country and applicable legislation.
5.3. IVISLUTSHOP reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed and paid.
6. Payments
6.1. Payments are processed exclusively through secure external payment gateways, including SumUp, Revolut, Stripe, PayPal.
6.2. IVISLUTSHOP does not store or directly process any payment card data.
6.3. All transactions are encrypted and comply with international security standards, including PCI DSS, as defined by the respective payment providers.
7. Production and Shipping
7.1. Production, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times are described in detail in the “Orders” section.
7.2. Production begins only after payment confirmation.
7.3. Delivery times depend on the destination, production partner location, chosen shipping method, and logistics conditions.
7.4. Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives a notification with a tracking number when available.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
8.1. In accordance with EU law, products made on demand or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors.
8.2. Requests related to defects or non-conformities must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
9.1. Each return request is evaluated individually after receiving photo or video proof of the defect.
9.2. If a production defect or printing error is confirmed, IVISLUTSHOP may offer a free replacement or a partial refund, depending on the case.

10. Liability
10.1. IVISLUTSHOP is not liable for delivery delays, failures, or financial losses caused by external circumstances, including customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, or force majeure events.
10.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of all data provided when placing an order.
10.3. IVISLUTSHOP is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All elements of the website — texts, images, logos, graphics, layouts, and designs — are the intellectual property of IVISLUTSHOP and MEDIA IEU, SIA.
11.2. Any reproduction, distribution, or publication without prior written authorization is prohibited.
12. Governing Law, Language, and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the applicable commercial law of the European Union.
12.2. All disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from or related to these Terms or the use of ivislut.shop must first be resolved in writing through official correspondence between the parties in Latvian or English.

12.4. If no agreement is reached within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia, at the registered office of MEDIA IEU, SIA (reg. no. 40203268669, Andreja Pormaļa iela 15, Jēkabpils, LV-5201, Latvia).
12.5. The English version of all documents, policies, and agreements published by IVISLUTSHOP is considered the official and legally binding version in case of any discrepancies between language versions.
12.6. All legal matters and proceedings shall be conducted in English or Latvian, at the discretion of MEDIA IEU, SIA.
