SHIPPING — IVISLUTSHOP
1. General Provisions
1.1. All IVISLUTSHOP orders are processed and shipped through the certified production network of Printify, with facilities located in Europe and the United States.
1.2. Shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
1.3. Delivery times, costs, and available methods depend on the region, country, and product type.
2. Processing and Production Times
2.1. Production begins only after payment confirmation.
2.2. The average production time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product type, workload, and production partner location.
2.3. For custom-made or limited-edition products, the production time may extend up to 10 business days.
3. Delivery Times and Regions
3.1. For the European Union (EU) market:
- delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days if production occurs within the EU;
- if production occurs outside the EU — 10 to 30 business days.
3.2. For the United States (USA) market:
- delivery takes 5 to 15 business days if production occurs within the USA;
- for international shipments — 10 to 25 business days.
3.3. For countries outside Europe and the USA, delivery may take up to 35 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, destination country, and shipping method.
4.2. Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate parcels from different production partners. This does not affect the total shipping cost for the customer, which is displayed at the time of payment.
4.3. In some regions, flat-rate or free shipping may apply as part of IVISLUTSHOP promotions or special offers.
5. Tracking
5.1. Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email notification with a tracking number (if available for the chosen shipping method).
5.2. Tracking information is provided by the courier and may be updated with a short delay.
5.3. If tracking details are unavailable for more than 10 days after shipment, the customer should contact IVISLUTSHOP customer support.
6. Delivery Responsibility
6.1. IVISLUTSHOP is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
6.2. If a parcel is damaged during transport, the customer must record the damage upon delivery and file a claim directly with the courier service responsible for the shipment.
6.3. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, reshipment is possible only after payment of additional shipping costs.
7. International Orders and Customs
7.1. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply according to the destination country’s regulations.
7.2. All customs-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
7.3. IVISLUTSHOP is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
8. Address Changes or Order Cancellation
8.1. After order confirmation, address changes are possible only before production begins.
8.2. Once production or shipment has started, address modification or cancellation is no longer possible.
8.3. In case of an incorrect address, responsibility for failed delivery lies with the customer.
9. Governing Law and Language
9.1. This shipping policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the commercial law of the European Union.
9.2. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall be considered the official and legally binding one.
9.3. All official correspondence must be conducted in English or Latvian via info@ivislut.shop.
