PAYMENTS — IVISLUTSHOP

1. General Provisions

1.1. Payments for orders placed on IVISLUTSHOP are made exclusively via electronic methods through certified international payment systems.
1.2. All transactions are processed in euro (€) or in an equivalent currency, depending on the customer’s country and the payment gateway settings.
1.3. Prices shown on ivislut.shop include taxes (where applicable by law) and do not include possible fees charged by banks or payment service providers.

2. Payment Methods

2.1. Payments are accepted through secure third-party gateways, including:

• SumUp
• Stripe
• PayPal

2.2. The available payment method is selected automatically based on the buyer’s country, service availability, and currency.
2.3. IVISLUTSHOP does not charge additional processing fees. Any exchange rate differences or bank charges are determined solely by the customer’s financial institution.

3. Payment Security

3.1. All payments are processed on secure platforms compliant with international standards, including PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
3.2. IVISLUTSHOP does not collect or store credit card data. All information is entered by the customer directly into the secure form of the payment gateway.
3.3. The website ivislut.shop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data and ensure a secure connection.

4. Payment Confirmation

4.1. After a successful payment, the customer receives an automatic email confirmation of the order.
4.2. In case of errors, delays, or transaction failures, the payment is considered unconfirmed until official notification from IVISLUTSHOP or the payment provider is received.
4.3. The customer support team may request proof of payment (statement, receipt, or screenshot) when necessary.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Payment is considered final once it has been confirmed by the system.
5.2. Cancellation or refund of a payment is possible only under the circumstances described in the Return Policy (“Returns” section).
5.3. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframes indicated in the Return Policy (up to 30 business days, depending on the manufacturer and the customer’s bank).

6. Fraudulent Transactions

6.1. In case of suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of a payment card, IVISLUTSHOP reserves the right to cancel the order before shipment and report the incident to the payment provider or relevant authorities.
6.2. Any use of third-party payment data without authorization constitutes a violation of the law and is prosecutable under the laws of the Republic of Latvia, the European Union, and the United States of America (USA).

7. Governing Law and Language

7.1. These payment terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the commercial law of the European Union.
7.2. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version is deemed the official and legally binding one.
