1. Where are IVISLUTSHOP products made?
All products are manufactured through the certified Printify production network, with partners located in Europe and the United States. The system automatically selects the closest production facility to ensure faster delivery.
2. Can I choose the production country myself?
No. The production partner is assigned automatically based on product availability and logistics efficiency.
3. What are the average delivery times?
Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days within Europe and the USA. For other countries, it can take 10–35 business days, depending on destination and customs.
4. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If an order contains several products, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. This does not affect the total shipping cost for the customer.
5. How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The status can be checked on the courier’s website.
6. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, but only before production starts. Once production begins, the address cannot be modified.
7. Can I cancel my order after payment?
Cancellation is possible only if production has not yet started. Once confirmed, the order is considered final.
8. Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors, supported by photo or video evidence.
9. Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer covers the return shipping cost. After the defect is confirmed, IVISLUTSHOP covers all expenses for producing and shipping the replacement item.
10. What should I do if the parcel is damaged?
Record the damage upon delivery and file a claim directly with the courier responsible for shipment. IVISLUTSHOP is not responsible for damage caused by courier services.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through secure international platforms: Revolut, SumUp, Stripe, PayPal.
12. Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All transactions comply with PCI DSS security standards, and the site uses SSL encryption. Card details are never stored.
13. Do you accept cash or payment on delivery?
No. All orders must be paid online at checkout.
