ORDERS — IVISLUTSHOP
1. Order Processing
All orders placed on IVISLUTSHOP are processed automatically through the Printify platform and our network of production partners located in Europe and the United States.
Each product is made on demand, which means there is no warehouse stock — production begins only after payment is confirmed.
2. Confirmation and Production Time
After completing a purchase, the customer receives a confirmation email with all order details.
The average production time ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the type of product, order volume, and the location of the printing partner.
3. Shipping
For the European Union (EU) market:
– 5–15 business days if production takes place within an EU country;
– 10–30 business days if production takes place outside the EU.
For the United States market:
– 5–15 business days if production takes place within the United States.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country, seasonal demand, or courier operations.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, the customer receives a notification containing a unique tracking number.
Tracking is available through the courier’s official website or via the link provided in the shipping email.
If no updates appear within 10 days, customers are encouraged to contact IVISLUTSHOP customer service to check the order status.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Since every product is individually produced, orders cannot be modified or canceled after production has started.

6. Custom and Personalized Products
Items created on demand or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors.
7. Returns and Claims
If a product arrives damaged or does not match the order, the customer must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a brief description of the issue.
After verification, IVISLUTSHOP will offer either a free replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
8. Taxes and Customs Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local taxes and customs duties may apply according to the destination country’s regulations.
These costs are not included in product prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
IVISLUTSHOP has no control over these charges or customs processing times and is not responsible for delays resulting from such procedures.
9. Guarantee and Quality
Each item undergoes a quality check before shipping.
In the event of a confirmed production defect, IVISLUTSHOP guarantees a free replacement.
The brand is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, washing, mechanical handling, or external conditions.
10. Liability
IVISLUTSHOP is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, courier errors, customs inspections, holidays, strikes, or other force majeure events.
