RETURNS — IVISLUTSHOP
1. Return Policy
1.1. All IVISLUTSHOP products are made on demand through the Printify platform and a network of production partners located in Europe and the United States.
1.2. Since each item is produced individually after order confirmation, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons related to size, color, or personal preference.
1.3. Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors, verified with photographic or video evidence.
2. Request Procedure
2.1. If a defective or incorrect product is received, the customer must contact our support service within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery by sending an email to info@ivislut.shop.
2.2. The request must include:
- the order number;
- clear photos of the product and the defect;
- a brief description of the problem.
2.3. Requests missing the required details or submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
3. Verification and Replacement
3.1. Upon receiving the request, the IVISLUTSHOP team will verify the validity of the information provided.
3.2. If a defect is confirmed, the customer will receive a free replacement product or, if replacement is not possible, a partial refund.
The shipment of the new product to the customer is carried out at the expense of IVISLUTSHOP.
3.3. Physical return of the item is mandatory. The customer must ship the product to the address provided by IVISLUTSHOP customer support.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
4.1. Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- incorrect size or color chosen;
- slight color differences caused by digital printing technology;
- damage resulting from improper use or washing.
4.2. Personalized items and limited-edition products are not eligible for return.
4.3. Promotional items are not eligible for return, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
4.4. If the parcel was damaged during transport, the recipient must record the damage upon delivery and submit a claim directly to the courier company responsible for the shipment. IVISLUTSHOP is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by carrier negligence and does not compensate for transport-related damage.
5. Processing Time
5.1. After the request has been approved, replacement or refund will be processed within 5–30 business days, depending on the manufacturer and its location.
5.2. In case of refund, the amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the original order.
6. Shipping Responsibility
6.1. If customer support requests the return of an item for inspection, the customer must use a reliable shipping method with tracking.
6.2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
After confirmation of a manufacturing defect or printing error, all production and delivery costs of the new product are fully covered by IVISLUTSHOP.
7. Incorrect Address or Refusal of Delivery
7.1. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal to accept the parcel, no refund will be issued.
7.2. Reshipping is possible only after the customer covers the additional shipping costs.
8. Quality Control Before Shipment
8.1. All products undergo a visual quality inspection before packaging and dispatch.
8.2. Minor technological variations (such as small color differences due to digital printing) do not constitute a defect.
9. Applicable Law and Language
9.1. This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the commercial law of the European Union.
9.2. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall be deemed the official and legally binding one.
9.3. All official correspondence must be conducted in English or Latvian via info@ivislut.shop
